Hrach Vartani Galstyan

Having been in the armed forces since 2007, Hrach was a lieutenant.

He is originally from the Gyumri Mush District. He was expecting a daughter with his wife. The family is poor. The father lost his bus driving job due to bad eye vision. The family was a victim of the earthquake in the 1990s.
