(1996 – April 2, 2016)
Arman was the youngest of the five sons of Lilifar and Seyran, a simple family from the village of Metz Mantash in the Shirak province of Armenia. He was a hardworking guy, always ready to lend a helping hand to the villagers engaged in difficult agricultural work. His dream was to enter the Vazgen Sarkissian Military Academy, find a job, and get married.
Arman was one of the 18 soldiers whose bodies were taken and mutilated by the Azeris before being returned to the Armenian side on April 10th (near Bash Karvend). His unit was one of the first to be attacked by the enemy. Arman died in Jebrail district while defending the Armenian positions from Azeri invaders during the Four Day War.
